Barton A. Simon, Founder and President

Since 1970, Bart has developed over 30 commercial, retail and industrial projects with an asset value in excess of $300,000,000. In addition, his management division has managed more than 2,000,000 square feet of space for his own account as well as for others. Bart holds both a B.A. degree and an M.A. degree from Michigan State University and is a past president of the Cleveland Chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). 

Michael J. Peterman, Esq., Executive Vice President

Michael earned a B.S. degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a major in accounting and a law degree from Case Western Reserve University. For ten years he was in private practice with a law firm in downtown Cleveland specializing in real estate law and, for the past eighteen years, has been involved in the development, management and leasing of real property. He is also a licensed real estate agent.

Raymond C. Martin, Chief Financial Officer

Ray graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B. S. degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University. He joined the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche and became a Certified Public Accountant specializing in the commercial real estate industry. After three years with Deloitte & Touche he worked 14 years in commercial real estate finance before joining North Pointe Realty, Inc. as our CFO.

Scott M. Simon, Vice President

Scott earned his B.A. from Skidmore College, his M.A. from Case Western Reserve University, and a Certificate in Real Estate Development and Finance from Cleveland State University. Scott is a licensed real estate salesperson.
