North Pointe currently manages over 1.5 million square feet of commercial office
buildings, industrial, multi-family residential, and retail properties. We have
gained this valuable experience by having managed projects of all sizes and
types. Specific examples include:
- The exclusive leasing and management agent for medical buildings and
ancillary facilities owned by the City of Lakewood through the Lakewood
Hospital
- All of the Northeast Ohio portfolio for the Prudential Insurance Company
of America
- The Mt. Sinai Medical Building, now Cleveland Clinic-Beachwood (for 22
years)
- The McDonnell-Douglas Finance Corporation of Long Beach, California's Ohio
property
- Kennedy Road industrial complex east of Akron off Route 76
- Kent Plaza, a retail center located in Kent, Ohio
We also have expertise in converting a warehouse/distribution facility to
office use as evidenced by our substantial rehabilitation and transformation of
the 120,000 square foot processing center for National City Bank in Brecksville,
Ohio. We also manage two other single-tenant "flex" buildings in that
complex.
Over our nearly three-decade long relationship with the owners of the various
properties we have managed, we have received only positive evaluations from
